Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a 14-day return policy for all products purchased from Adorned Collection Store, which means you have 14 days after your order has been marked as delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. You'll also need receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and  let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be  automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10  business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or  credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The shipping fee is set at a standard price of $5. We do offer free shipping if your order total exceeds $80. This can be subject to change at any time. 

The  actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local  postal service in your area. You can refer to the standard shipping time  below:
- On average, orders usually ship after 1-7 business days from the date the purchase was made.
- Orders may arrive approximately 2-10 business days after being shipped. 

We ship to USA and Canada. 

Please inspect your order  upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,  damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the  issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what  you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is  accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
